What type of things can you help me with?

What systems/software do you use?

Systems and software that I use frequently include –

AccessAlly – WordPress – Oxygen Builder – Beaver Builder – Divi – Elementor– SmugMug – MailChimp – Drip – Active Campaign – MailerLite – Photoshop – Canva 

This list is not exhaustive and I am always willing and able to learn new systems.

How will we work together online?

Primarily electronically through a Project Management area. I use an online project management tool called Teamwork, or alternatively I am happy to use your own Project Management software. Communication through Skype or Zoom is also available where necessary.

What hours do you work to?

I am based in Spain and work with clients around the world, so I work to deadlines rather than specific office hours. My commitment to you is to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, rather than set times of the day. Task deadlines are agreed at the time of acceptance.

I am closed on Spanish (Andalucía) Public Holidays and The Christmas and New Year Holidays. If you require cover during the days, please contact me for further assistance.

What if I have something urgent I need help with?

All work is required to be scheduled to mutually agreed deadlines, however I appreciate you may occasionally need work done with speed, efficiency and accuracy, meeting tighter than normal deadlines which haven’t been discussed in advance. My quick turnaround service guarantees my usual level of quality, but fast! My express service rate is $50 per hour (minimum 1 hour charged for) and is subject to availability.

Is my information secure and confidential?

I use an online password system called LastPass where all passwords are stored securely. All communication is done through your client area which has a login and restricted access.

Do I need any special software or equipment to work with you?

No, just an internet connection and a computer.

Would I need to train you? How can I handover/delegate?

Any training or handover will be minimal. The only training that would be needed is if you have any specific systems or software that you want me to use on your behalf. All delegation of tasks would be done through your own project management system (or alternatively through your project area on my project management system Clickup) where we can both see what needs to be done, by whom and when.

How much do your services cost?

How can I control my budget/spending with you?

I offer fixed package rates so you always know how many hours you have paid for. Any hours over and above the package will be charged at the relevant package rate as per the pricing information. I will always contact you before any ‘over the package’ hours are worked, so you will always know where you stand.

How will I be billed and how can I pay?

I will send you monthly invoices and accept online payments via PayPal, credit/debit card or bank transfer. All packages are invoiced in advance.
